ONLINE HOUSE TOUR GARDENS KENMORE HISTORY
The heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) system is housed in a vault, located below and to the north of the kitchen dependency. This state-of-the-art system was installed in 2001. The primary component is a closed-loop, geothermal heat pump, which uses water from 17 wells located on the property, to exchage heat or cold as required. In addition, it provides air filtration, humidification, and smoke detection.
Total space volume: 14,175 cu. ft.
