Chamber

The Lewises used this room for several purposes including sleeping and entertaining. According to Fielding Lewis' probate inventory, the room contained a bedstead, two small tables, six chairs, and two stools. This room features a beautiful, decorative-plaster ceiling with Apollo the Sun God as its central motif.

Dimensions: 17'-6½" x 17'-4¼ = 304 sq. ft.
